Welcome to Bloom & Balance Pilates. A boutique Pilates studio just outside Queniborough, Leicestershire, created as a haven for mindful movement and self-care. Our fully guided Pilates and barre classes help you build strength, confidence and connection, giving you time to reset both body and mind.

In-Person Classes

Our in-person Pilates classes at Bloom & Balance Pilates are designed to help you feel stronger, more confident and connected to your body. In our welcoming boutique studio, Sophie creates supportive, fully guided classes that combine mindful movement with core Pilates principles. Whether you’re new to Pilates or more experienced, each session is designed to challenge and restore you. Giving you time to move, reset and invest in yourself.

On Demand

Bring the studio experience home with our on-demand Pilates classes. Whether you have 10 minutes or a full hour, our fully guided sessions are designed to help you build strength, reconnect mind and body, and create a moment of calm within your day. Flexible, supportive and easy to access whenever you need movement most.

Private Sessions

Our private Pilates sessions offer a fully personalised experience designed around you. With one-to-one support from Sophie, each session is tailored to your body, goals and lifestyle — helping you feel stronger, more balanced and more connected through mindful movement in a calm boutique studio setting.

Meet Sophie

As a busy mum who has experienced medical trauma, Sophie understands how important it is to feel connected to your body and create time for yourself. Pilates became a way to feel grounded, stronger and more balanced, and that’s what inspired the creation of Bloom & Balance Pilates.


Sophie wanted to create a boutique studio that felt calm, welcoming and never intimidating. A space where you can step away from everyday life and focus on you.


As a Level 3 Pilates teacher, she is passionate about the transformative power of mindful movement and is always continuing to learn and grow as a teacher. Her fully guided classes are designed to help you feel stronger, more confident and more connected, while making movement enjoyable, supportive and accessible for everybody.
